Access and privacy
Are the tools free? Do I need an account?
All 36 current tools are free to use without registration, a subscription or a processing API key. Open All tools and choose a task.
Are my files or text uploaded?
The tool code processes inputs in your browser rather than uploading them to a processing service. Loading the website still requests its pages and assets from its host. Browser extensions, clipboard history and downloads have their own behavior. Read our Privacy Policy for the distinction.
Does the website save my work?
Ordinary tool inputs are held in page memory, not saved as a project. Save important results before leaving. The theme preference is stored locally. Only when you explicitly choose Reload updated tool after a loading failure are text and settings temporarily stored for recovery; that record is consumed and removed on reload. Files must be chosen again.
Can I use the tools offline?
Processing is local, but some tool modules load when first needed. An open page is not a guarantee that every required asset is available offline. This site does not provide an installed offline application or a guaranteed offline cache.
Images and files
Which images can I use, and what are the limits?
The raster-image tools accept PNG, JPEG and WebP, with an input file limit of 20 MB and a decoded image limit of 24 million pixels. Export dimensions are also bounded. Check the individual page for its controls. SVG Cleaner accepts SVG markup separately; these tools do not convert PDFs, videos or layered design files.
Why is the exported image larger or visually different?
A new browser export is not guaranteed to be smaller, particularly when the source was already optimized. Quality settings are not universal visual scores. JPEG output flattens transparency over white. Exports can discard metadata or animation, so keep the original and inspect the result at its intended size.
Why did resizing ignore my height value?
In Keep aspect ratio mode, Image Resizer derives height from width and the source proportions. Use Exact dimensions to control both values, or crop to the required aspect ratio first to avoid stretching the subject. See the crop and resize guide.
Results and limitations
How do I check that a tool is working?
Select Load example, review the settings and select Run tool. Compare the output with Example and expected result. Then try a small input whose answer you can check independently. Examples demonstrate a particular operation, not correctness for every possible input.
Does valid JSON or a decoded JWT mean the data is trustworthy?
No. JSON formatting checks syntax and preserves token text; it does not validate a schema or business meaning. JWT Decoder displays the header and payload without verifying the signature, issuer, audience or authorization. Its result explicitly reports signatureVerified as false.
Can I rely on a calculation for an important decision?
Confirm units, baseline, date-counting convention and numerical precision first. Percent-change mode requires a positive original value. Date Difference counts calendar dates, while Timestamp Converter handles moments with explicit units or offsets. Function Plotter samples points rather than proving exact roots. Independently verify consequential results.
Is a QR code editable after I print it?
The generator embeds your supplied text directly in a static QR image. It does not provide an editable redirect service, check the destination or track scans. A destination website can change separately. Test the final printed or published code and keep its surrounding margin intact.
Copying, downloads and errors
Why are Copy result and Download result unavailable?
They become available after a successful run. Editing inputs clears the previous result to avoid copying stale output. Correct an error and run again. For image tools, choose a supported file or load the demonstration first.
What if copying or downloading does not work?
Clipboard access can be restricted by browser permissions or the page environment. Use Download result or select and copy the visible text when appropriate. Check the browser's download settings and save location. Markdown downloads are HTML documents; retain your editable Markdown separately.
What should I do when a tool reports an error?
Check required fields and the stated limits. Regex input uses JavaScript pattern text without surrounding slashes and a separate flags field; expensive patterns can time out. If a module fails to load, use the offered reload action. Save work first when possible, and reselect image files after reloading.
How can I report a bug or request a correction?
